I kind of wish I could have another go at these. I just didn't have the chops when it comes to staging and action, and I definitely wasn't confident enough to do the figures right. A modern digital artist would probably make liberal use of tracing (aka "reference") for stuff like this but I was stubborn. At any rate, I think the Olly came out great.

Olly did turn out great. Also, I love Julie's response in the fifth panel, that's so emblematic of her character x)

I remember initially wondering if you commissioned these panels. I know you said to ignore you "being hard on yourself" (because you're not really, you're just looking back), but I think (and thought) they're great!
